A good day for Chetnole  winning our first game, against Powerstock, by 9 wkts.  They batted first and were all out for 106.  Andy Spearing bowled very well to take 4-14 off his 4 overs.  Then Chetnole replied with 108 for the loss of 1 wkt. Stuart Beasley made 67 not out and Phil Spurway 22.

In the final Chetnole played East Coker and they proved to be very strong. Chetnole batted first and made 83 for 7 having faced 3 very accurate bowlers!  East Coker then knocked off the total for 5 wkts.  Another good effort from Chetnole in the field.  Neil Spearing bowling well taking 2-24 and Andy again bowled well for 2-29.  Andy Spearing won the tournament best bowler award so it was a good day for him on a personal level.  All round an enjoyable day. Thank you to East Coker for being good hosts.
